1. Can I access my system from outside my home or office?

Yes. There are a number of different programs that allow you to do this. We will work with you to find the most efficient system depending on your circumstances.

2. I have a virus. Does this mean I lost my data?

Most of the time, no, although it is much easier to prevent viruses than it is to eradicate them. We’ll assess the severity of the problem, offer solutions, and most importantly, develop methods to prevent a reoccurrence.

4. My machine is running slow. How do I know if it’s time to get a new computer?

A computer could be running slow for several reasons. It could be a lack of memory or hard drive space, spyware or OS degradation. Oftentimes an upgrade or service repair will do the trick.

5. What’s the difference between spyware and viruses?

Traditional viruses tend to be worse. Spyware is more common and more of an annoyance to the average user. Some experts estimate that 70 percent of PCs have some kind of spyware on them. The good news is it usually doesn’t mean the end of your computer’s life.
